| Pink Box Bake Shop came to be with a lot of faith and a lot of prayer. When we re-located to this area for my husband's job, we were faced with the reality that the job I previously did in Austin, I couldn't do in Victoria and still make a living. We had always wanted a way for me to stay home with the children but thought it was impossible and honestly I thought it would never happen. I wanted to find a way to do the things I enjoyed and took great pride in doing, while giving myself a creative outlet. But as you may know, God has a sense of humor and planted this idea in my head at about 3 AM during one of my insomnia moments of stress while pregnant with my fourth child. (We've all been there I'm sure) So, I wrote the idea down and toyed with the it. So, with my wonderful husband's support, I launched Pink Box Bake Shop. This blessing is allowing me to stay home with my children and continue to raise them in a loving and nurturing environment. It also allows me the ability to be there when the older ones get out of school and to work with them on their homework , be there for their games and recitals and to be a part of their lives everyday while still doing something I love. Thank you Janette for being my mentor and encouraging my obsessive craving for learning. What an AWESOME BLESSING!!! Thank You to those who supported me and told me I could do this!!
