| WHAT IS FONDANT? -It is an icing that is rolled and laid over Buttercream and gives the cake a porcelain-like smooth finish. Our fondant is made on site, it is not commercially bought, so it tastes great and can be flavored to your specifications. |

| **Each serving is approximately 4-inches tall. It consists of 2 cake layers (from 2 pans) split in half, filled in between the torted layers and then in between the full layers, with the assembled cake frosted. So each slice includes 4 layers of cake, with 3 layers of filling. |

| This chart is based upon a larger serving size versus what the majority of bakeries use, which is the Wilton Cake Chart. With this chart you get more cake for the cost per serving. i.e. their 6" serves 12 Mine serves 8.. you're charged for 8 servings. |
